What is Avenir?

Avenir is a Salesforce application that was designed for quick and comfortable document generation based on Salesforce data. Our goal was to create a tool that seamlessly integrates into the platform and allows users to create documents with minimal effort and impact on their daily operations.

Avenir supports single and multiple document generation with an option to merge a pack of documents into one file for easy printing. User can select a document template or allow the system to decide which document should be generated on the basis of recorded data. Our assignment engine allows for advanced automation that will create a document or a set of documents automatically when specific circumstances occur (eg. Opportunity stage was changed to won or a Quote record was created).

Avnir saves your time and lets you and your team create a pre-populated document with the right format exactly when you need it.
